2 Bolt Pipe Clamp

1. Size Range

Covers a full size range from 1/2" to 30", suitable for meeting the installation and adaptation needs of pipes with different diameters.

2. Material & Finish

•Body Material : Constructed from carbon steel, featuring excellent structural strength and load-bearing performance to meet the mechanical requirements of pipe suspension scenarios.

•Finish Options : Available in two options – plain finish and hot-dip galvanized finish. Both options are equipped with zinc-plated bolts and nuts to enhance the corrosion resistance of components.

3. Application

Recommended for the suspension installation of cold pipelines or hot pipelines without insulation requirements, serving as a core connector for the suspension and fixation of pipeline systems.

4. Maximum Temperature Rating

•Plain finish : Maximum temperature resistance of 750°F, suitable for high-temperature working conditions.

•Hot-dip galvanized finish : Maximum temperature resistance of 450°F, balancing corrosion resistance and temperature adaptability.

5. Certifications & Approvals

The product fully complies with multiple industry and federal standards, including :

•Federal Specifications :  A-A-1192A (Type 4), WW-H-171-E (Type 4)

•Industry Standards :  ANSI/MSS SP-69, MSS SP-58 (Type 4)

•Third-Party Certifications : Products with sizes from 3/4" to 8" have obtained UL, ULC listings and FM approval, meeting strict safety and quality requirements.

6. Installation

Normally used in conjunction with Fig. 290 weldless eye nut or eye rod. The installation process is simple and compatible with mainstream pipe suspension system components.

9. Notes

The "C" gap dimension ensures sufficient clearance at the top attachment point for a weldless eye nut or other appropriate rod attachments.
